聚势西南，对话未来：2025四川省政企交流盛会暨年度会员大会

2025年11月11日，中国美国商会会长何迈可率会员企业高层代表拜会四川省政府。四川省副省长任京东对代表团的到来致以热烈欢迎。何迈可会长衷心感谢四川省政府对商会会员企业的支持，并表示将积极推动美资企业加大在川投资力度。

On November 11, 2025, Michael Hart, President of AmCham China, led a delegation of senior executives from member companies to meet with the Sichuan Provincial Government. Ren Jingdong, Vice Governor of Sichuan Province, extended a warm welcome to the delegation. Michael Hart expressed sincere gratitude for the Sichuan Provincial Government’s support to AmCham member companies and pledged to actively encourage American enterprises to increase their investment in Sichuan.

随后，四川省贸促会与中国美国商会共同举办四川省服务外资企业政企对话会，中国美国商会会长何迈可率会员企业代表出席。经济和信息化厅、自然资源厅、文化和旅游厅、省卫生健康委、省体育局、省医保局、省能源局等有关部门现场解答美资企业在川运营面临的诉求和困难，充分发挥服务外资企业专班的职能优势，为企业排忧解难。

Then, the CCPIT Sichuan Council and AmCham China co-hosted a government-enterprise dialogue on serving foreign-invested enterprises in Sichuan. Michael Hart led member company representatives to attend the event. Relevant departments, including the Departments of Economy and Information Technology, Natural Resources, Culture and Tourism, Health Commission, Sports Bureau, Healthcare Security Administration, and Energy Administration addressed the concerns and challenges faced by American enterprises operating in Sichuan, leveraging the functional advantages of the task force for serving foreign-invested enterprises to resolve their difficulties.

会员企业纷纷表示，本次行程专业务实、成果丰硕，让他们对当地及中国西部市场的潜力与机遇有了更深的理解，也对当地发展前景有了更积极的展望。未来，他们将进一步把四川纳入战略布局，积极拓展合作、共促发展。

Member companies described the visit as professional, pragmatic, and fruitful, noting that it provided them with a deeper understanding of the potential and opportunities in the local and broader western Chinese market, as well as a more positive outlook on local development prospects. They expressed their commitment to further integrating Sichuan into their strategic planning and actively expanding cooperation for mutual development.

2025 AmCham China Southwest Chapter Annual General Meeting

当晚，中国美国商会西南2025年度会员大会在成都富力丽思卡尔顿酒店成功举办。商会领导、四川政府部门领导及会员企业代表齐聚一堂，共同回顾过去一年的成就，展望未来。大会由中国美国商会西南分会主席彭士杰主持。中国美国商会会长何迈可在大会上发表欢迎致辞，感谢西南分会成立两年地方政府的大力支持、西南分会执行委员会的倾情付出、会员公司的积极参与。

In the evening, AmCham China Southwest Chapter 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held at The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu. Leaders from the Chamber, Sichuan government officials, and representatives of member companies gathered to review the achievements of the past year and look ahead to the future. The event was hosted by Southwest Chapter Jeffrey Bernstein. President Michael Hart delivered a welcome address, expressing gratitude for the strong support from local governments since the establishment of the Southwest Chapter two years ago, the dedication of the Chapter’s Executive Committee, and the active participation of member companies.

会员企业代表LinkedIn（领英）中国区新业务增长运营部总经理文巍发表主旨演讲。这场主旨演讲以“赋能人才，迈向全球”为主题，阐述了领英如何助力中国企业从“世界工厂”迈向“全球企业公民”，在数字化与AI驱动时代实现国际化升级。演讲探讨了全球化新机遇、中国企业海外布局的人才需求变化，以及AI与Z世代如何共同塑造未来劳动力格局。

A keynote speech was given by Wen Wei, Head of Talent Solutions and New Business Growth Operations, LinkedIn China, representing member companies. The speech, themed “Empowering Talent, Going Global,” explores how LinkedIn supports China’s transformation from a manufacturing hub to a global corporate citizen. It highlights new opportunities in globalization, the rising demand for international talent, and how AI and Gen Z are reshaping the future of the global workforce.

彭士杰主席回顾了西南分会2025年的工作成果，并展望了新一年的发展方向。他从政策建言、商务交流与社群活动三个方面，系统梳理了全年的重点活动，表示期待在新的一年中与各会员企业加强协作，实现共同发展。

Southwest Chapter Chair then reviewed 2025 work and achievements and looked forward to future plans. He summarized the key events this year from the perspectives of Advocacy, Business, and Community, emphasizing the commitment to deepening cooperation with members in the new year and achieving common growth together.

在年度颁奖仪式中，何迈可会长和彭士杰主席为会员企业颁发了“2025年度卓越合作伙伴奖”，感谢他们对商会活动的倾情赞助与支持；并为个人会员颁发了“2025年度社群之星奖“，感谢他们积极推广并参与活动，在扩大商会影响力方面发挥了重要作用。

In the annual awarding ceremony, our President and Southwest Chapter Chair presented 2025 Partner in Excellence Award to member companies for their sponsorship throughout the year. After that, the 2025 Community Star Award was given to individuals from our member companies to acknowledge their consistent support in promoting and attending our events and playing a significant role in amplifying our reach and impact within the community.

在随后的抽奖环节中，赞助企业为本次活动提供的丰厚礼品。会员朋友们在轻松愉快的氛围中交流畅谈、品尝佳肴、收获惊喜，其乐融融的场景为当晚的活动画上了圆满的句号。
